Karol’s strength lies not only in his extensive knowledge of firearm mechanics, gained through various training programs, but also in his expertise in servicing them. Often, he can identify the issue at first glance, and if not, he methodically examines every pin and spring to pinpoint the root cause of the malfunction. His calm demeanor and composed approach, combined with a touch of humor, turn even the unpleasant task of service into an enriching experience.

As a master of the camera, he spends every spare moment perfecting photos of our products, complementing them with creative and informative descriptions.

Kasia is a small (in height) one-woman band for whom nothing is impossible—so long as it isn’t over 160 cm off the ground when there’s no step stool nearby. Her sharp eye can instantly assess your measurements without any need for a tape measure, selecting the perfect size of clothing or footwear, all while adding warmth and humor to the experience. In her free moments, she can be spotted diligently sorting through any company documents she can get her hands on.

Jakub Jastrzębski
– b2b and b2c Sales Specialist
Jakub is an active shooter, so much of his knowledge is rooted in hands-on experience. This allows him to understand not only how weapons function and the accessories that go with them but also to explain their strengths and weaknesses in detail. There is no question too challenging to catch Jakub off guard. He has an expert grasp of weapons, accessories, and ballistics, which translates into perfectly matched components, such as scopes or red-dot sights, tailored to the individual needs of each customer.

Marcin Lis
– Junior Sales and Shipping Specialist
Marcin began his career at the company managing the warehouse and the mail-order sales department. More recently, he has taken on the role of sales specialist in our Gun Store. Having worked his way through several levels within the company’s organizational structure, Marcin has gained extensive knowledge of our product range. Most importantly, he knows how to effectively apply this knowledge—something many customers have already experienced firsthand.

Konrad Karczmarek
– Salesperson
You’ll mainly find Konrad in the 5.11 department. His specialization is primarily in all types of backpacks, about which he can talk for hours. However, this doesn’t mean his knowledge is limited solely to backpacks. Konrad is a recent addition to our Jammas family, and with each passing day, more and more products are becoming less of a mystery to him. He is eager to share the knowledge he gains with customers.
