The Discount Programme Comes to CSJ. Another Step Forward for Our Ecosystem
Following extensive testing, we’ve launched another major module on CSJ today – discount programme management directly from your customer account on CSJ.pl.
For registered users, this means one thing above all: convenience. Your current programme status, available benefits, applications, purchase history and other programme-related information will all be accessible in one place, simply by logging into your personal account.
From the user’s perspective, it should be simple. Log in, check a few details, and have everything at your fingertips.
And that’s exactly the point..
Behind the scenes, however, every seemingly simple feature is part of a much bigger picture. CSJ is being built on a system that needs to bring together data from multiple sources, maintain its accuracy, allow proper oversight and meet stringent security requirements at the same time.
We’re building all of this so that things that once required phone calls, emails, checking documents or asking a member of staff will gradually become available to you in one place.
Launching the new module also required us to update the programme’s terms and conditions. The revised discount programme regulations are now available on the following websites:

There’s something else that matters a great deal to us.
Since testing began, CSJ users have been sending us feedback, suggestions and ideas for things we could do better. And quite frankly, we didn’t expect this level of engagement in such a short time.
We really appreciate it. Thank you.
It’s one of the clearest signs that we’re not simply building another IT system. We’re creating a tool for a community that genuinely wants to use it – and has a real say in how it develops.
We also try to show our appreciation for particularly helpful feedback from time to time. As Marlena Jędrzejewska likes to call them, “little bonuses”. Those in the know will know.
And we’re not slowing down
Bringing the discount programme online is a major step for us, but it’s also just one part of a much bigger plan.
We’ve already completed the design for the CSJ Wallet, which will bring together the real, tangible benefits available to each user in one place. It’s likely to be one of the next modules you’ll see on the platform.
And over the coming weeks, CSJ should also find its way into your pockets. We’re working on making the mobile app available on the App Store and Google Play.
