CSJ.pl Is Now Live

Your Entire History with Jammas in One Place

CSJ.pl is now available. It is a new web application created for customers of Jammas, Strefa Celu and Centrum Strzeleckie Jammas, and, at a later stage, also for members of the STJ Club.

It is much more than a traditional customer account.

CSJ.pl combines the public training and events offer with an individual Customer Zone. Users can already browse available training courses, check dates, register for classes, use electronic tickets, track service and gunsmithing orders, manage warranty claims and access their purchase history and sales documents.

One account. One history. All the most important information available 24/7.

Training — From Choosing a Date to Receiving Your Certificate

CSJ.pl allows users to browse the current training offer, review detailed course programmes and register for selected dates.

Each training course has its own page containing the most important information, including:

• course description and scope,
• training programme,
• duration,
• location,
• price,
• instructor,
• available dates.

Dates can be checked both on the page of a specific course and in the shared training and events calendar.

Once registered, all participation details are added to the user’s account. This keeps their entire training history organised and accessible in one place.

When a certificate is issued after a particular course, it is saved in the customer’s account. It can be accessed and downloaded directly from the application at any time — without searching through emails, binders or the drawer where the document was supposedly put “somewhere safe”.

Users can also enable reminders when the validity of a training course or qualification is approaching its expiry date. The system will provide advance notice that renewal is required and make it easier to register for the next available session.

Reviews from Verified Participants

After completing a course, participants can share their feedback.

Only people who actually attended the course and were verified upon entry are able to post a review. This ensures that published ratings come from genuine participants rather than random internet users.

This feature is designed to help others choose the course best suited to their needs and level of experience.

Your Customer Account as an E-Ticket

CSJ.pl also serves as an electronic ticket.

After registering for a training course, the user receives an individual QR code that can be used for quick participant verification upon entry.

There is no need to print a confirmation or search for an email just before the course begins. Simply log in to CSJ.pl and display the code on your phone.

At present, this solution is used primarily for training attendance. In the future, the same mechanism will also be used for:

• accessing a reserved shooting lane,
• confirming participation in competitions,
• registering attendance at events,
• using services and entitlements assigned to the account,
• managing STJ Club membership.

Ultimately, the user’s CSJ.pl account and phone will become their personal identifier throughout the entire Jammas ecosystem.

Service and Gunsmithing — Full Transparency at Every Stage

The service and gunsmithing order management module is already fully operational in CSJ.pl.

At any time, the customer can check:

• the current status of the order,
• the stage of the work in progress,
• descriptions of completed tasks,
• information provided by the gunsmith or service technician,
• photographs documenting the work,
• and, in selected cases, video materials.

The user therefore receives much more than a general message stating that their equipment is “being serviced”. They can follow what has already been done and see the current stage of the work.

The customer panel is directly connected to the application used by the gunsmith. Every recorded activity, description, photograph, video or status update can be displayed automatically in the customer’s account.

This makes the entire process transparent — from accepting the equipment and carrying out the diagnosis, through each stage of the work, to notification that the order has been completed and is ready for collection.

Warranty Claims and E-Commerce Returns

CSJ.pl also handles warranty claims and returns relating to online purchases.

Once a case has been registered, the customer can independently check its current status without having to contact the store each time.

The application provides information about:

• receipt of the claim,
• its verification,
• the current stage of processing,
• completion of the case.

The customer has continuous access to up-to-date information, while the service team can focus on resolving the case efficiently instead of repeatedly answering the question: “Is there any update yet?”

Purchase History and Sales Documents

The purchase history module is already active and can be linked to the customer’s account in the Jammas sales system.

Synchronisation applies to named purchases — transactions that can be clearly assigned to a specific customer. At this stage, the user submits a request to link their CSJ.pl account with their existing purchase history.

Once the synchronisation has been completed, the user gains access to the transactions assigned to them and to the sales documents that have been issued.

From within the application, users can:

• browse their purchase history,
• check the details of individual transactions,
• find issued invoices and other sales documents,
• download documents independently at any time.

There is no longer any need to keep paper invoices issued by Jammas at home or search through an email inbox for a document from several years ago.

Once the account has been synchronised, the documents are available directly in the application. This may be particularly useful when submitting a claim, selling a product, arranging service work or checking the history of purchased equipment.

One Account for StrefaCelu.pl as Well

CSJ.pl is integrated with the StrefaCelu.pl online store.

Users who already have an account with the store can link it to CSJ.pl during registration. They simply select the appropriate option and enter their StrefaCelu.pl login details, and the accounts will be connected automatically.

StrefaCelu.pl users can use the same email address and password across the connected systems. There is therefore no need to create additional login credentials or remember which password is used for the store, which one is for training and which one provides access to the customer panel.

Users who previously created separate accounts can integrate them independently from within the application.

The shared account will form the basis for further integration of purchases, services, events, training courses, discount programmes and STJ Club activities.

Discount Programmes — Module Currently Being Tested

CSJ.pl will also become the information centre for Jammas discount programmes.

The module is currently in the testing phase. Once it has been launched, users will be able to check:

• their current programme level,
• the benefits available to them,
• information based on the purchase history assigned to their account,
• the requirements for reaching the next level.

Connecting the discount programme with the customer’s actual purchase history will reduce the need for additional documents and provide direct access to up-to-date information from within the application.

Security Built in from the Start

CSJ.pl presents private and confidential information relating to purchases, sales documents, training courses, certificates, service requests and other aspects of the customer’s relationship with Jammas.

Security is therefore not an optional addition to the application. It was taken into account from the very beginning of the system’s design.

The safeguards currently in use include:

• encryption of data both in transit and at rest,
• two-step login verification,
• account access protection mechanisms,
• separation of permissions between systems and employees,
• control over the scope of information available to individual users.

The next stage will include biometric login in the mobile application and additional protection mechanisms modelled on solutions used in modern electronic banking.

The development of CSJ.pl involves not only adding new features, but also continuously improving security, access control and user identity verification methods.

Convenience matters. Security matters more.

Everything in One System

CSJ.pl was created to organise areas that previously operated through several separate channels.

Purchases, invoices, training courses, certificates, servicing, gunsmithing, warranty claims, returns and discount programmes are gradually being brought together into one coherent system.

This does not mean giving up direct contact with the Jammas team.

On the contrary, automatic access to basic information allows our employees to spend more time providing genuine advice, resolving more complex matters and offering individual customer support.

Instead of asking whether an order is ready, users can check its current status themselves.

Instead of searching for an invoice, they can download it.

Instead of wondering when a training course or qualification expires, they can enable a reminder.

CSJ.pl Also Works on Your Phone

CSJ.pl can already be accessed through a web browser — both on a computer and on a smartphone.

The website has been optimised for mobile devices, allowing users to access their information quickly even when they are away from home.

At the same time, a dedicated mobile application is being developed. It will use the same user account.

The mobile application will extend the system with features including:

• convenient notifications,
• biometric login,
• quick access to e-tickets and QR codes,
• notifications about changes to order statuses,
• information about new materials added by the gunsmith,
• reminders about training courses and renewal dates,
• mobile identifiers and club documents.

CSJ.pl Is Already Live — But This Is Only the Beginning

The launch of the web application is the first stage in building a broader digital ecosystem of Jammas and STJ services.

Future development plans include:

• STJ Club membership management,
• information about membership fees,
• booking shooting lanes and range facilities,
• registration for competitions,
• competition history and results,
• electronic identifiers and club documents,
• mobile notifications,
• biometric login,
• personalised information relating to owned equipment,
• wider use of QR codes,
• additional tools supporting users’ shooting development.

Our goal is to create a system that accompanies customers throughout every stage of their relationship with Jammas — from their first purchase, through training and equipment selection, to servicing, firearm customisation, sporting activity and STJ Club membership.
