When needed, Adam dives into hands-on tasks, demonstrating that no job is too small or too big. He firmly believes there’s no such thing as “impossible” and consistently proves it.

As the senior member and founder of Jammas, Maciej safeguards the company’s financial health. No expense escapes his review and approval. With a wealth of experience, he offers valuable insights and observes the company’s operations while stepping in when needed.

Agnieszka has been integral to the company’s growth from the very beginning. She is the Board’s trusted right hand, with expertise spanning logistics to accounting. An expert in documentation, archiving and complex problem-solving, she quickly and efficiently resolves any challenges.

Marlena’s exceptional organizational skills and people-first approach have shaped Jammas into a close-knit team. She is the foundation of our team, oversees sales operations as well as manages tender-related processes, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. He also coordinates training sessions and cooperation with the STJ Club. Her passion for social media has amplified our visibility online and at various industry events.

Robert Świdrowski
– Primery logistician
Robert may seem perpetually absent, but that’s merely an impression. He has been with the company—and part of it—almost since its very beginning, actively contributing to its creation. He has explored international arms trade fairs in search of new development directions and potential suppliers. Robert has worked his way through virtually every possible position. He established a professional Logistics Department at CSJ – Jammas Shooting Center, where he remains its main pillar and manager.

Thanks to his efforts, our offering continually expands, covering everything from firearms and ammunition to accessories. Michał oversees our collaboration with manufacturers, ensuring the company stays updated with innovations and maintains steady growth.

Karol Trzpil
– Head of Gunsmithing Section
Karol’s strength lies not only in his extensive knowledge of firearm mechanics, gained through various training programs, but also in his expertise in servicing them. Often, he can identify the issue at first glance, and if not, he methodically examines every pin and spring to pinpoint the root cause of the malfunction. His calm demeanor and composed approach, combined with a touch of humor, turn even the unpleasant task of service into an enriching experience.

Katarzyna Marzec
– Store Manager
Kasia is a small (in height) one-woman band for whom nothing is impossible — as long as it’s not higher than 160 cm off the ground and there’s no ladder in sight. Her sharp eye and organizational sense instantly spot what’s working in the store and what’s not, and she immediately makes the necessary adjustments. Kasia recruits the store staff and manages their work, bringing plenty of warmth and humor to the team. In her increasingly rare free moments, she can be found diligently sorting through company paperwork or arranging work schedules for the coming weeks.

Michał Wielądek
– Protective Coatings & Prototyping Specialist
Michał is a fan of all things innovative and a man with an insatiable thirst for knowledge—especially when it can be put to use in the company. He speaks passionately about every firearm and always has a funny anecdote to go with it. A true people person, he makes sure that your first purchase or first firearm service becomes a memorable and fascinating experience. As a master of 3D printing and a certified Cerakote applicator, he spends most of his time creating new and original designs—like the one-of-a-kind gun mounts in our CSJ armory.

Jakub Jastrzębski
– B2B/B2C Sales and Training Development Specialist
Jakub is an active shooter, so much of his knowledge is rooted in hands-on experience. This allows him to understand not only how weapons function and the accessories that go with them but also to explain their strengths and weaknesses in detail. There is no question too challenging to catch Jakub off guard. He has an expert grasp of weapons, accessories, and ballistics, which translates into perfectly matched components, such as scopes or red-dot sights, tailored to the individual needs of each customer.

Marcin Lis
– Junior Sales and Shipping Specialist
Marcin began his career at the company managing the warehouse and the mail-order sales department. More recently, he has taken on the role of sales specialist in our Gun Store. Having worked his way through several levels within the company’s organizational structure, Marcin has gained extensive knowledge of our product range. Most importantly, he knows how to effectively apply this knowledge—something many customers have already experienced firsthand.

Zbigniew Wajs
– Sales Assistant
Need to install a red dot sight or any other firearm accessory? For Zbyszek, that’s no problem at all. His hands are so eager to get to work that before the customer even finishes asking, their firearm is already on the counter—fitted with the chosen optic or any other dream add-on. Zbyszek is a volcano of creativity, overflowing with positive energy and a great sense of humor. He’s passionate about constantly making and inventing new things, often becoming the spark behind new media projects or fresh ideas for firearm customization.

Paulina Stankiewicz
– Sales Assistant
If height were a measure of talent and dedication, Paulina would be playing in the first league of basketball. Fortunately for us, that’s not the case — because Paulina, the master of exhibition space design and intuitive accessory layout, works with us instead. You’ll never see her sitting idle; this hardworking, ant-like powerhouse is constantly on the move, refining and perfecting the look of our 5.11 department. And if you do happen to catch her sitting down, it only means she’s busy planning the next display update or brainstorming a new way to make things run even smoother.
